You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. 4. SMS Notifications

SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account. If you choose to opt in during registration, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Demolition Specialist, Inc. These messages are operational in nature and include dispatch assignments, job details, schedule updates, and related field communications.

• Message frequency varies based on job scheduling, typically 1–5 per active workday.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. You acknowledge that opting out may affect your ability to receive job assignments.
• Reply HELP for support information.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — managing and receiving field service dispatch assignments. You may not use the platform to transmit unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or interfere with platform operations.

6. Account Activation

New accounts require administrator approval before full platform access is granted. Creating an account does not guarantee immediate access. You will be notified by email once your account has been reviewed and activated.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for operational reasons. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@demolitionspecialist.com.
