Specifically, your mobile phone number is used to send you operational SMS notifications related to your work assignments, including job location, start time, crew information, schedule changes, and related dispatching communications.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account. If you choose to opt in during registration, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Demolition Specialist, Inc. These messages are strictly operational and related to your dispatch assignments and job updates.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number — with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used exclusively to deliver the SMS notifications you consented to receive. We will never share your mobile number with any third party for promotional or marketing use.
We may share information only as required by law or to operate core platform services (e.g., our SMS delivery provider, Twilio, which processes messages on our behalf under their own privacy and data security commitments).
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, which employs industry-standard encryption and security practices. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or written request, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
